That I Can Do

Good morning 😊

This moment is great just as it is.

The energy is flowing in the beneficial way for my wellbeing. It flows increasingly faster and more frictionless: flowing without resistance. It makes up an energy cell that encompasses a dark part of me I don't see. This energy cell continually fills, in what feels like an accelerated manner. I'm learning how to tap into this energy reservoir, that is me.

Wholeness, in the design of emotions, is through lived experience.
